Striker merry-go-round

All our challengers have been busy this window, and it seems to me that Juve have been trying to business for the sake of it. I don’t think our squad needs any improvements at the moment other than maybe someone to vie with Asamoah on the left. I know we have 5 strikers at the moment, but these stories of Vucinic and Quagliarella out and Osvaldo and Berardi in. What’s the point? They’re no better. It wouldn’t improve our squad. If anything, it will unsettle it. In the summer, we could get Mandzukic and he would be a step up, but I’d rather leave it until then than force something through now. Besides which, if we are to lose a striker, I think Giovinco has offered the least this term.

  1. Yes, we don’t really need to make any changes. Disruption could ensue should some changes happen today or tomorrow.

Giovinco, though, he hasn’t featured in many games so hasn’t really had the chances. I think he’s started about two games and come on as sub in several. Also, he’s a Juventino so I don’t want him going anywhere now or in the future.
