Simone Padoin

I’m very pleased for him. He’s started [and would’ve possibly played the full 90 minutes in all of them if it wasn’t for the stupid officials to give him that highly dubious second booking against Lazio Roma. Prior to our last three he came from the bench. He doesn’t look out of place in the LB/LWB role either.

Torino next up 5pm kick off on Sunday. Big match. Another win please. We’re at home for this one.

  1. Also Carlitos Tevex did a nice funny goal. That was his third goal in the Champion League this season (all 3 against Malmo). For Our Information we have now scored 35 goals and conceded 8 goals in all competitions this season. Does anyone know when Barzagli and Caceres will be back? We need them.

If we don’t get a minimum of 1 point against Atletico in 2 weeks time it will go to head to head? We lost in Greece 1-0 and won 3-2 in the reverse fixture. Both we and they have 3 but they have two away goals so I guess they have the upper hand. We really do need a result against Atletico then.

Unfortunately our Youth team are out of the UEFA Youth League drawing 2-2 against Malmo while Olympiakos beat A. Madrid in Spain.

I have another name for us to watch out for ijn the near future. He’s an 18 yr old Scottish midfielder whose reputation is growing. He plays for R. Madrid’s U19’s. His name is Jack Harper. He’s scored 4 in the Youth League.
