A season of great emotions bad then brilliant.

Juve finish the season on a real high not only winning the Scudetto but the Italian cup also. An extra time goal from Morata sealed the whole season off.

It has been a very strange season but a wonderful one to say the least a season full of emotions, a season where it started so bad that one could have been forgiven thinking that the old lady went off the boil.

Worst start possible ever in the history of the club, followed by the best winning run ever for the club, closely followed by Gigi setting a new record for not conceding a goal, and finally the first club in Italy to do the double in two consecutive seasons, what a season of emotions.

Know Juve will have to build for next season, my hope is that they keep hold of Morata and Cuadrado, both players are set to leave, Morata with the buyback clause with Real Madrid who have now valued the player 50 million, (that’s a further 20 million Juve have to pay) and Cuadrado who’s loan has finished but Juventus earlier in the season tabled 16 million for the player and that deal was agreed, will this agreement still stand? It has to be seen.

According to the latest news on the radio Juventus have agreed a deal with Roma for the services of Miralem Pjanic the price of around 36 million Euros or a lesser price in the deal which would include Berardi, whichever but the player seems to be on his way to Juve.

  1. Yes, mixed emotions really, but most of them have been beautiful ones.

I really want Álvaro to stay… he’s brilliant. What he did against munchen in allianz arena was incredible and we all know that he shouldn’t have been substituted… then he is put onto the pitch in Coppa finale and quick-fires home a sexy goal. Maybe we will cough up a little more to keep him. He seems to be nicely integrated into the Juventus Family now so hopefully his intentions are to stay.

Pjanić? Maybe Roma have to offload because of FFP regulations. If he did arrive then I think we can safely say that that big-eared trophy might be on its way back into our cabinet. chelsea and munchen are also linked with him, but knowing Miralem I think he’d choose Juve.

Cuadrado? I hope he stays also. If the 16 million buy-out agreement was some sort of legally binding contractual one, then surely it has to stand. Maybe AC will want him at chelsea.

Gli azzurri 30-man preliminary squad? No Pirlo and Giovinco? AC might still add these two.

  2. It will be interesting to see what r. madrid will do with that buy-back clause.. my understanding is that if they don’t activate it this summer then we will effectively have his full registration rights. Let us see.

  3. I hope that Italy have a strong tournament. As if also Riccy Montolivo is also not going though.. flip sake…. for me, Daniele Rugani should go in place of Angelo Ogbonna?.. glad to see that little architectural tireless workhorse going, Emanuele Giaccherini… some of you may remember my stating a few years back that I had got the 2013/14 home shirt with his name and number on about ten days before he then signed for Paolo Di Canio’s Sunderland so I’m clearly an admirer of Emanuele’s talent. I watched bits of the game against Scotland and saw the little guy nearly score a beautifully volleyed/half volleyed goal from a long range pass, but the ball just whistled past the post. I’m also pleased that Simone Zaza and Stefano Sturaro are going.

Finland are up next on the coming Monday from the Bentegodi in Verona.

  4. It sounds as if Miralem Pjanic is going to arrive soon. This is fantastic, but I hope that it doesn’t really mean that we are going to sell Paul. Although, if he does have a tremendous tournament then maybe we will cash in…. Imagine a midfield containing C. Marchisio, P. Pogba, S. Padoin, S. Khedira, S. Sturaro, Hernanes & M. Pjanic…. I like J. Cuadrado, but he will return to chelsea before his future is decided.

  5. NOOOOOOOOO…. Please let us buy Álvaro Morata back from them f7294u7432u7 twrfwsaf madrid… I don’t want him to go…. the clause expires in 9 days… let’s hope something goes wrong or their fax machine malfunctions again like the De Gea saga!!!

  6. Oh yes, let me tell you… this Juve is looking solid and so good… Pjanic is our new Pirlo like player, and his link up with Benatia, Dybala, Higuaín looks like and more players for him to link up with later such as Pogba hopefully, Marchisio, and the rest of the old and new players.. and this new blue shirt is good too!

  7. I really just would say to Pogba, stay with Juve for another year to get your UCL medal, and then go for €150-170m greenbachs! I want him to stay for at least one more season… we all do. Stay here Paul. Experience this quality new team. If you actually really are leaving then at least I think you should come back to Vinovo in the first week of August and go into the training pitches with everyone just to think about what you’re really doing Paul, and realise that you really have got to stay! Forget about more money that you can make (real sport is not about this… it’s about winning and you will win with Juve? What are you going to do in Manchester? You’re going to moan about the crap weather and wish you were back in Torino where the weather can be crap, but it is nicer… of course you might choose Madrid, but why?… do you think you’re really going to emulate Zidane? Why emulate him, when you can have more class and stay with us for another good season? Maybe then you can go. Or even better might be staying until after WC2018 in Russia and then moving to PSG.

I know that PLP seems to have an interesting relationship with Allegri with their little fun training activities that I’ve seen.. I think it’s definitely a positive relationship..

Paul Labile Pogba, stay at JUVE!!!

  8. Whilst we’re seemingly spending big on Higuaín, but still trying for discount like we do, we’ve also been investing money over the last several years nearly, and it’s reassuring to hear that we can compete more in terms of finance now.. I just also want our stadium to be just a little bigger, just 10-20k more seats

2-1 against Coldspurs… two early goals after 14 minutes saw us take a 2-0 lead… counter attack build up play started by Pjanic with a through ball for Pereyra to run onto, one of his touches was poor but he managed to get the ball past an opposing player with a bit of luck for Dybala to receive it just outside the box and run through for a brilliantly taken goal… Pjanic and Benatia were together again for Miralem to provide a clever ball in for Benatia to head into the far corner for the second goal. Hernanes was slow and sloppy and got caught in possession for us to concede a tootenham goal.

South China next on Friday then West Ham on 7 August. Maybe Pogba could play in that game and then we see him stay with more money in his contract
