Squad size

In the news section on the front page it says that Juventus want to bring the squad size down from 41 to 21. While clearly 41 is very large, given our injury list last year (and whether this was down to the new training ground, the crap medical staff or sheer bad luck has never been established, does a squad of 21 players seem laughably small to most people? I'm assuming alot of players will be out on loan and can be recalled, but does anyone else think this takes the phrase "Bare bones" to a new level, given that we may be involved in a long Europa League campaign?

Bruce last season if you recall the age of the team was over 30, thus when they get knocked they take longer to return, plus the training devised by Ciro “Rocky” Ferrara was far to harsh for the players, his actual regime was considered a bit of a joke, this season the average age of the team will be around 25/26 they are younger fitter players who will in turn learn more, but the injury list for next season will be a lot lower, yes 21 might be a little bare bone but I reckon sufficient, I have never known Juve to have a big squad of players, they nearly always stick to around 20+ players, unlike Interladrinazionale who have at least 35+ players, why? only they know that, so yes I do believe that is about the right amount to keep all interests open, they say 21 but I reckon that in the end it will be around 24/25 that’s more than enough..
