  1. Just give him a little bit of time. It’s good that he’s only penned a short term deal, but if he does impress then he’ll probably be around for much longer. It might work. Anything can happen in life.

    I would have preferred the likes of Angelo Alessio or Massimo Carrera to give it a shot, or Fabrizio Ravanelli from his experiences of coaching the youth teams.

  2. Just popped by the bookies, and ask the odds of allegri to get the sack, they are not taking bets on it, but the odds of conte to be the next italy coach is 3/10!!! so he is hot favourite!

  6. been really busy bud! Well, i watched his press conference, and right at the end Morata shakes his hand with the briefest smile and wished him luck…. i predict far worse…finish 7th, he will be sacked and we are back at square one!

    Conte had an agreement at Milan already! But he is favourite to take the Italian job!

    This is truly a sad day in Juve’s history.

  7. One silver lining, Morata confirmed Vidal is going no where, saying that, i dont believe a word they saying! I hope he truth will come out, we as the fans deserve it!

  10. He couldn’t possibly go to Milan, could he? Maybe if they hadn’t just appointed the offside traitor. Every time I think of Juve right now, I’m in mourning. Haven’t felt this bad since calciopoli.
    Maybe after Allegris been sacked we’ll crawl back to Conte and beg forgiveness. Both Trap and Lippi had two spells at the helm so it’s not unheard of.

    1. I get the feeling he wanted to stay but perhaps grew impatient with transfers. He could’ve been our ‘Ferguson’, but there are those in the hierarchy who didn’t want to give up their power to him. The board doesn’t want a ‘Ferguson’, they just want a coach who leaves the business to the guys in suits.

  12. I too hoped for a fergie type era…but in italian football you dont get that type of management style. I will be honest, if conte could not get us far in CL this season, i would of been the first to say maybe we needed a new direction. BUT, he needed players to do it with and Juve didnt give it to him..so sad…i still feel ill about all this…i just hope allegri proves us all wrong!

    1. That wouldn’t automatically mean that we all need to believe it. It could easily be a cover up.

      He probably will return in the future but coaches do come and go. We can’t and should not rely on Antonio Conte.

    I hope that Max Allegri will be the better solution. He don’t have a typical DNA of Juventus’s people (Deschamps has a typical DNA). He will change the team module from 3-5-2 to 4-3-1-2. Her formation will be often:

    Goalkeeper (1): Buffon
    Defender (4): Lichtsteiner, Barzagli, Chiellini, Evra
    Midfielder (3): Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba
    Playmaker (1): Marchisio
    Strikers (2): Tevez, Llorente

    For me, this formation is best choice to use the players of Juventus. For you, are this solution good?
